    Might you consider kettlebells and yoga? I find KB has not only increased my strength and endurance but flexibility as well. Need help with the eating, Id love to help.

    • I am actually looking to get some things in involving yoga. I have done yoga before for flexibility and static strength. The real problem I have with KBs is they are so light. Having lifted pretty heavy for the last three years most of them don’t even reach the weight level of what I do for dumbbell bicep curls. Thanks for stopping by.
