It has been one of those weeks I would describe simply as ‘not good’. I wouldn’t say too much was successful this week as far as The Body Rabyd. It has not been a good week in general for that matter. I received word from Ferris State University that the deadline had passed for them to receive my transcript from my other school so they couldn’t admit me this semester so I have to wait until probably September. This whole situation depressed me a lot so I found little time to exercise and even less to do anything constructive with my nutrition. This is not a good start to 2015 and I am really hoping this will not be a repeat of 2014. The rundown this week involves looking at things step by step.
Nutrition – I bought a picture to filter water in and I need to come to the very simple conclusion that the reason I do not use it is the water tastes like s#@t. I need to just go back to bottle water because like it or not it just tastes better for me. Every at home water thing I have done has had this problem. Simple phrase to remember: “drink water, avoid carbs”
Strength – Air lifting is the target for this week – again.
Flexing – Same as last week. Simple stretch routine hopefully heading into yoga.
Cardio – 20 minutes each day of the treadmill.
All of this should hopefully be done this week instead of not done. Got to start controlling the things I can control and putting the failure of not getting into school when I wanted to behind me.
