It has been a good week. I have been reintroducing myself to some old friends made of iron. Barbells, Dumbbells and other things that are cold iron but give me a warm fuzzy feeling in my heart and aches in my muscles. It has been a good week.
Weight Lifting – My whole point was just to get lifting and do those lifts every single day. It was a six day split with two exercises a day for two body parts just to see what things feel like. The change is going to be for this week is to move from six days to four-day split but still lift six days a week. The next week then would start in the middle of split. Every two weeks the whole rotation will be followed three times. Also over the next two weeks I want to increase the number of different exercises so I move from two this last week, to four, then five and at last six.
Cardio – Nothing this week because I wanted to make sure the lifting would be alright plus I need to move my treadmill from one place to another now.
Flexibility – Stretched out every day but the shop needs a new area rug to cover the concrete floor so I can do full yoga and at my size I need a 6×8 rug at least.
Nutrition – More juice, More water and that is about it. The change to water though always makes me feel better but I have to get bottled water because no matter how it is filtered at home it tastes bad probably because our well water has always tasted bad.
There are a lot of little things to do and some of them will have to wait till Spring when I can truly clean out the shop and get back to making it what I wanted it to be in the first place. This is getting exciting though as I can lift pretty regularly when I want to again. Blessings and Cheers!!!
