Just a quick post to tell how the Rabyd body is doing:
Weightlifting – One routine in this week and boy did it work, now the real problem is that I can never seem to coordinate times to do them.
Cardio – Nope
Flexibility – Basic stretching
Nutrition – Not good given the holiday. Celebration over now time to get things really tight.
That’s it and not much else. I am having basically to rethink everything and not making much progress. How I wanted to do things is just not possible any more at least for now so I am having to redo it and it is more frustrating that I know what I wanted to do would work. That said I will do what I always do – adjust and adapt – seems to be my lot in life.
