Yeah, that has been about it when it comes to the Body Rabyd. Meh is a great word that encompasses it all. I really should be more motivated but I dislike it when I can’t control all the things surrounding what I am trying to do with my physical fitness issues and right now I can’t control much so it is Meh.
Strength Training – Difficult to fit it in. The scheduling for this is bad and I am going to probably have to wait till the situation changes or I start going to the nearest town over on a regular basis for school and join a gym. The one is town simply isn’t adequate for the lifting I want to do.
Cardio – not really.
Nutrition – fairly good. I have really restricted my diet and it is working out better.
Flexibility – Just basic stretching.
