Well not really. This has been a busy week so I actually feel like I have had a workout between all the boxes and bags I have carried up and down steps and the garage cleaning this weekend. it rained this morning and the yearly yard sale of the church almost didn’t look like it was going to do too well but it ended up being a gorgeous day and everything went fine. We even had plenty of help. I am tired just the same so this post is all you are getting today as I feel all the work this week and it feels good.
Strength – Does multiple boxes and bags over a six day period count as lifting?
Flexibility – Bending and turning and moving all week. I probably should stretch before I do all that.
Nutrition – I really haven’t eaten that much this week. I have been working more than usual so I really haven’t had time to eat stuff I shouldn’t.
Cardio – Meh.
