I ended my first two weeks at the gym and I finally am getting a feel for where I am at strength wise. I have definitely lost some of my strength but not much so I should be able to recover it fairly easily. I also started working out on Tuesday and Thursdays instead of Monday and Wednesdays because I have a longer time I can spend in the gym and I can be there at pretty much at a downtime in the gym so there is not a lot of people. No waiting for machines and I can still go on Friday but I am wondering if a two day split might work the best for me seeing I have so much time on Tuesday and Thursday. Can I pummel my body that much in just two days? Maybe next semester for school I can get my schedule early enough in the day so I can be done with class by 2pm and be in the gym right after that five days a week.
The Body Rundown.
Strength – I hit all the body parts this week and I now have a pretty good idea of what I can and cannot do so I am excited about this next week because it will be real work.
Flexibility – Just basic stretching.
Cardio – not yet. I am thinking I will start and end my workouts with a little cardio but I have to walk a lot for my classes and so far that is working pretty well and so until that no longer really is challenging I will have to add some stuff at the gym.
Nutrition – Solid and the fridge is far away when I am at school.
