It was a good week in the gym this week. I only have two days to get it all down but it was solid. I broke a personal record on the leg press sled finally getting past the 500lbs. plateau I had been on for two weeks. I can only say this is the first time I felt truly satisfied at the end of a workout week.
I am still looking at next semester and the thought of going into the gym early each day and then coming home and then going to class afterwards. My earliest class is 9:30am so it should work.
The Body Rundown:
Strength: Solid Week and I am thinking things are getting better. The beauty of lifting is that you can always add five pounds so things don’t plateau without a challenge.
Nutrition: Nothing changed here but I am planning what I ma going to do from say February on.
Cardio: Thinking that I am still doing more than five reps but I will add some probably after new year.
Flexibility: I am thinking this will be soon. I am going to keep going with the two-day a week thing until the semester is over. Once I hit the time between semesters I can think on it more.
