It has been a reflective week when it comes to my body. The beauty of exercise particularly weight lifting is that it never lies to you. 200lbs. is 200lbs. no matter what. This means as you go through exercise your results are what they are going to be. The main issue for me is that the two days a week is not cutting it for me anymore. I really need to add some flexibility stuff and cardio at this point as we go into December. I also have to deal with the fact that y schedule will never be perfect with school so I need to find something that simply works. It is probably time to take advantage of the gym’s 24 hour availability.
MTWTF would be a good split if I simply go to the gym after my last class everyday, but on Monday and Wednesday the chief problem had been I had not eaten after my last class. I think I can eat, wait a half hour and then go to the gym. That would put things fairly late – 7pm – but why not. I need to think of ending each weekday with exercise as the goal.
M – Legs; T – Chest; W – Back, T – Shoulders; F – Arms
The Body Rundown:
Flexibility – Going to add stretching to start things off each exercise session. This is much for pain relief as it is flexibility.
Cardio – Time to start that which I hate – cardio. Bike and treadmill back and forth – 5 minutes this week and build by one minute till 15.
Strength – I have broken my PR in Leg Press two weeks in a row and next week it will be 530lbs. I feel stronger and more like myself so things are better.
Nutrition – Yeah, this will probably be the last month I will not sweat it as much given the holidays. January things will be gin to get tighter and tighter until the end of June.
