I am fairly sure if I am going to be consistent and move forward with my routines, I am going to have to start getting up very early. Like 4:30am early and head to the gym so I can be there at 5am. Then I can come home at 6:30 to 7am and get ready for the day. There are lots of obstacles to fitness and time is the biggest one but the big lie that we have no time is countered by the fact we will always make time for what is important to us. For me my routine needs to get more complicated and more involved. I also need to be completely consistent. The problem so far with trying to work things out between classes has been that lack of consistent motivation and effort.
The four-day spilt will remain he same but I am tired of fighting to get the times in around all this scheduling. If the weather plays havoc with it I can still adjust to the next day because I have two free days if they are needed.
The Body Rundown:
Cardio: With the semester over, I need to replace all the walking I am doing with something else. I am thinking rotating between bike, walking and running. Then I need to keep going even when next semester starts.
Nutrition: I give up to the holidays except I keep it as clean as possible when I am not at social gatherings.
Flexibility: Part of the lengthening of my routine is getting back to stretching and yoga.
Strength: I did really well on leg day this week. It was solid and my Squat keeps getting heavier. Good stuff.
Blessings and Cheers!!!
