Finally there are the goals for body which are cardio, flexibility, nutrition, and strength. You only get one body issued to you by God. You basically have a choice to either take care of it or not. I have lived long enough to know that long life is part genetic but there is definitely an element of fitness and nutrition to it. Up first are Cardio and Flexibility.
Cardio: My goal from two years ago was to get a consistent 20 minutes in six days per week. Yeah, that didn’t happen and hasn’t happened but maybe three weeks year. Cardio is my kryptonite. That said I am going to simple say 15 minutes four times a week and go from there.
Flexibility: Yoga has been on my mind for some time but I have wanted to combine that with spiritual disciplines. I have never been able to get very far with this but I think sometime in the next year I need to make bigger strides. The goal should be having yoga as a regular staple of my workouts.
