To wrap this part up of the body we turn to the key things in keeping fit and healthy which are for me nutrition and strength. I have long understood that when you eat right and lift weights you can get a lot things accomplished. With that said these two are also polar opposites as far as getting them done in my life with nutrition being a large struggle and lifting being the cornerstone of my fitness activity.
Nutrition: Two years ago the idea was a habit of consistent clean eating with a solid diet that was balanced. I have not done that part in a while and only in recent days has it been on my mind again. I am going to have to establish this again despite a lot of obstacles. Most of them are in myself.
Strength: The goal was consistent training that led to a stronger and leaner body. I have been back at it now for about three months and I am looking forward to the coming year being a complete cycle of lifting and that is the goal. I am probably the most excited about this area as I enjoy lifting for a lot more reasons than just Body.
