Well it is time to wrap this up with some specific goals as listed by the previous posts and further defined by necessity. My hope is that I can refer to this post as I am doing my journal entry posts (The Rabyd Spirit, The Rabyd Writer’s Soul, The Body Rabyd) to compare these goals with where I am each week.
Celebrate milestones of myself and others. Whatever there is as far as progress or important life moments of friends and family, they need to be celebrated.
Find at the time for at least a one week retreat somewhere with just books, a notepad and maybe my computer strictly for posting on this blog. I need to look at my spiritual discipline life at least during this time. Take a one month sabbatical from the church.
Implement a vision to change the church culture from being a good church to a great one.
Help the MOISD find its five-year vision plan and then work hard to make sure it is followed and implemented.
Work to make sure all my family knows they are loved and appreciated. That includes my biological one and my church family.
Keep Savings above 1000 dollars, pay off as much debt as possible and work hard at school.
Read a book every two weeks. Write a book review on this blog if I feel it is appropriate.
Work toward blogging goals and write the rough draft of my non-fiction book by the end of the year using breaks from school.
Add cardio to all workouts of at least 15 minutes per session.
Implement yoga in each workout.
Eat as clan as possible each day avoiding bad carbs as much as possible. Exceptions are days and moments of celebration. April through June will be a cut diet.
Lift at least four days a week with an eye on overall muscle health. Allow for four weeks off to transition from each 12 week plan
This list should be kept in front of me each time I blog a journal entry so I am reminded each week of my goals in each area.
Blessings and Cheers!!!
