No excuses here other than economics and that is making two trips to a city a day might be economically a bad idea so I am having to adjust that I am going to work out when my school day is done. This means some very different times lifting depending on the day. Monday is further complicated by the fact I have MOISD meetings once a month which will make it even later. In truth Monday and Wednesday are complicated by the fact I am probably going to have to eat first and then wait for the food to settle and then go lift and exercise. So it might look like this:
Monday-Tuesday – 7 pm which is not too bad because the gym is pretty empty by then and the staff is gone so I think it will be pretty quiet.
Tuesday-Thursday – 3 pm which is OK until you hit about 4:30 when the after work crowd starts creeping in. I will hopefully be in the final stretch by then though.
Friday – 12 pm which is a time I have done before and it is pretty empty.
It is not that I am anti-social so much as I don’t like to be delayed by waiting for equipment. The one small comfort I take is that by say the end of February the New Year’s Resolution crowd will be thinned out and things will get back to those of us who love lifting.
The Body Rundown:
Strength: My personal record for the Leg Press Machine keeps climbing pretty steadily and this is the first week I really had to work on the last set but I still nailed it. I am getting close to the point where I might be struggling against a plateau soon.
Nutrition: Been more conscious of eating right and this will soon be the center piece of what I am doing.
