There really is no getting around it any more. I am going to have to get up in the early am to get my workouts in with any consistency. I have tried every day of the week after class and very few of them work. Only Friday and that is not enough. I am going to have to get in serious kicking ass mode to do this and go to bed a 9 pm. I am going to have to get up a 3;30 am and that will put me in the gym a little before 4 am. I tried morning like this before but I was getting up at 4:30 and it still was not early enough to avoid the crowds.
Once I am done each day I can come home, grab a quick shower, get another hour or two of sleep and then get on with the day. It really is the only way to have a consistent workout and avoid the crowds that have frustrated me this week. One day in particular, I get there and three guys are doing leg circuit training using three machines I wanted to use and all the squat racks were full. I have to get in there and get done or I lose my motivation pretty quickly. Looks like night shift for this semester. No excuses!
The Body Rundown:
Cardio: Lifting weights faster
Flexibility: Stretching after lifting.
Strength: Just need to get it done.
