You would think that when you lift at 4 am that there would be no one to bother you. But no, there are still people at the gym. Sometimes one, maybe two, perhaps three but inevitably I am lifting in the middle of a set and someone comes up to talk to me. I am thinking: ” I am lifting at 4 am because I do not like crowds (hell, I admit it, I am anti-social when I exercise) and when I lift I am in a very meditative state, so you want to talk?” Sigh. Jaw Day needs to be outlawed. It was still a decent week and I think I finally have the formula I need which is four days a week (M T TH F). This gives me Wednesday to sleep in and allows plenty of recovery time.
The Body Rundown:
Strength: Right where I need to be.
Nutrition: Pretty clean this week.
Cardio: parking two blocks off campus on purpose and carrying all my books in a bag for six classes does indeed count as cardio.
Flexibility: Need to work on this.
