Here at the pub we have had many different thing happen over the years. We had a ball as in dancing in fancy dresses and suits a few years back. Other years we have been knee deep in troubles or just being ourselves. This year I gave everyone the day off and told them to go spend it with their significant others in their life. I closed the pub and took a much needed day off with my two wives. That said I did have a surprise for them. They seemed oddly surprise when later I had the driver take us back to the pub for a private party. The diver opened the door and help my wives out. Connie was dressed in a white dress with red trim and Tequila was dressed in the exact opposite. Me? Black suit with a red tie. With one on each arm the driver did a quick stint as doorman and let us in.
I had remade the pub for the party and Naphtha’s magic helped a lot to set the mood with lots of candles, decorations and such. I sat us in the middle of the pub in a table build for three. We were evenly spaced around the round table and because I had given everyone the night off I had hired a special waiter for the evening an wining and dining. It was actually a great time and very romantic as I brought in a piano player who played while I took a few turns on the dance floor with each of my gals. I ended the last dance with each one with a romantic kiss.
Once done we headed home and well the rest is private between me and my wives. I do take this time however to wish you all a happy Valentines Day from all of us here at the pub and as always…
