My Friday class has been canceled do to the fact the professor will be in New Orleans for a conference so it will be a short week at school. He will also not be here tomorrow but I am heading to school anyway because I have some reading to do and some short projects I can work on. The one thing I will do in the morning is get a post out for the blog but I am just highly mentally drained right now. This is normal for me at this point in any semester. I usually get my second wind just before mid-semester and then I am off to the races but It still hasn’t kicked in yet. I have managed to get pretty far ahead in Intermediate Algebra; I could actually finish it long before the semester is over given the nature of the class.
There is also always that one class that challenges you by being tough and yet you don’t mind. That is Ethics class. The real challenge for me is to justify an ethical stance without resorting to the Bible or Christian assumptions. Looking at some of these philosophers has been a real trip too.
This post is a day early but I just did a Theology Pub on Sunday so I want to space it out another day.
The Soul Rundown:
Family – Closer to having a second granddaughter.
Finances – Progress.
Writing – I am really looking forward to some time where I can write what I want rather than what I have to write.
Reading – Liking my history readings.
Blessings and Cheers!!!
