It has been a good full week this week at the gym. I have been crawling out of bed at 3:30 am to get to the gym at 4 am and it has been working out pretty good. I sometimes get there and no one is there but there is always someone or two sometimes that is already there but they are usually hitting the cardio and not the weights. The weights I pretty much own until about 4:45 so it has been just what I wanted. Other than the one woman who thinks its jaw day with everyone she comes in contact with, it is alright. She seems to have gotten the point that I am there to lift and not be social.
The Body Rundown:
Cardio: I keep walking harder and harder on purpose on campus. I have been parking further and further away on the street so it keeps me hopping.
Nutrition: Meh, although when I am at school things are pretty solid.
Flexibility: Little but not much work here.
Strength: When you have to increase reps the weights level have to be adjusted down but not too far. The goal is still to push the maximum weight with more reps so that adjustment took place this week.
