It was supposedly going to be the biggest snowstorm in a while so I slept in and I regret that. It turned out not to be much of a storm. So tomorrow I will get up in the morning and go to the gym, I am basically doing very well but I want more and I am going to have a look at doing more starting next week.

Cardio: Lots of walking this week.
Flexibility: Need to work on this.
