I am doing a double on The Body Rabyd this week because it is rare for me to go to the doctor (I haven’t been to one in at least 20 years) and I am trying to figure out what this means for me. I have been a pretty healthy guy for the most part of my life and I am really dreading being in this system of doctors giving me a different opinion than the one I already have. I am concerned about it because there are some small issues that I can’t seem to figure out. I have been lifting pretty steady for the last few months and I am a walking fool on campus at times. So that said, will that be enough to avoid pills and treatments.
Moving on into summer with only one class and exam week left I am looking forward to starting to plan for getting ready for my sons wedding and having time to give it consistently. I want to slim the fat off but keep the strength so that means cardio and nutrition being tighter. I am looking at May as Hiking training. I can use the Rail’s to Trails for that as the crossroads to it goes right through my town both directions. The paths are flat and pretty straight as they are built on old train tracks but it might be interesting to Hike down them farther and farther each day. Once June comes we will see what I think I am capable of as far as a regular trail.
No Rundown, I am going to save that for post doctor visit when I have a better where I stand.
