It has been an up and down week overall. It is the first week of the semester so I am trying to get a handle on the pattern of work i need to do to make sure everything is on time and done right. This has thus been a poor week for lifting because between the snow storm making me head home right after school for three out of five days, late classes on Monday and Wednesday I just have not done anything but walk all over campus. So that said this is more about the plan for next week.
The Body Rundown:
Strength – Moving to three days a week. Tuesday Thursday and Friday with the split being :Legs, Back and Shoulders, Chest and Arms. Might be eight exercises a day so it should be good. Monday and Wednesday just end so late for classes I just do not have it in me.
Cardio: Lots of walking and I have been deliberately parking two locks off campus so I have to walk everywhere.
Nutrition: OK
Flexibility: Meh
